Adjust all bearings and if necessary replace and repack with new grease and bearings if needed (not applicable to a cartridge systems aside from adjustment) – this includes hub bearings, bottom bracket, and headset.
Flush shifters out and re-lube for optimal performance.
Replace all brake and derailleur cables as well as housing, and adjust and lube both systems.
True the wheels with tires removed in truing stand to insure optimal lateral and radial true as well as ensuring the proper spoke tension.
Replace old bar tape on road bikes and grips on mountain bikes.
